Family vacayyy

booked Hidengocreek for our spring break family vacation with our two young children, and it was such an amazing place to stay! The kids absolutely loved the upstairs loft, the pool table, and the river out back. We roasted s’mores, watched movies by the fire, and enjoyed dinners out on the deck, it truly felt like the perfect getaway. Everything about this stay was beautiful and created memories we’ll never forget. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that the drive in includes some steep dirt roads, so make sure your car can handle it. Overall, everything was perfect 10/10, highly recommend!

Peaceful Creekside Escape

We had an amazing stay at this cabin and would absolutely return. It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenience to nearby wineries, hiking, and town. Tucked away in a gated neighborhood, it felt very private, and we saw countless deer every time we drove in and out. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space made it easy to relax and unwind. We also appreciated how accommodating it was for our dogs, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway.

Great weekend!

This long weekend was exactly what we all needed! So much fun! We loved it all...from the creek view to the hot tub to the pool table and everything in between! Jason was very responsive to all messages and the cabin had everything we needed! Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

Quick last minute getaway

The cabin was perfect for a quick last minute getaway that we planned.  Plenty of room, very comfy home feel.  We have no complaints, and everything was just as pictured.  The River was perfect and the perfect area for the kids to swim , play and skip rocks.  The porches were my favorite place to be, listening to the river and birds chirping, was definitely my happy place.

Perfect Family Holiday Getaway

Spent the 4th of July week in Jason's large and comfortable cabin with my hubby and daughter, SIL and two grandkids. It was the perfect setup for us with plenty of room to move around. Jason anticipates your needs from baby gates to plenty of lounge chairs outside. Very relaxing and had run playing in the river with the kids and exploring Ellijay which we haven't been to in many years. We LOVED seeing all the deer as we were coming and going down the mountain. I don't believe I've ever seen so many at one time. I laughed with my hubby there were 'deer conventions' at every turn LOL. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back in the future. Thank you for opening up your lovely home and being so gracious when we had an issue.

Absolutely Loved It

Awesome cabin! Very spacious and clean. Jason was extremely responsive and helpful. The area is beautiful with wildlife in every turn! We absolutely loved it!

Absolutely Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Being right on the river was great for our fishing (despite not catching much) and our dogs loved playing in it. The fire pit was enjoyable at night for s’mores and the hot tub made for a perfect end cap. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. I also work remotely and the internet speeds were incredibly fast!! I had zero issues working. It even reached by the water! Can’t wait to return!

Amazing Holiday

This beautiful cabin overlooking the creek had everything we needed for an amazing holiday weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to spend more time soaking in nature there.
